Return and Refund Policy – Up to Mega Sale

At Up to Mega Sale, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain products such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and customized products cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at support@uptomegasale.shop.
